About the project
Pappageorge Haymes designed 508 W. Diversey with a StoneLite® lightweight natural stone panel facade. Just under 23,000 square feet of StoneLite® panels were installed on the multi-story exterior, inner courtyard, entrance, and column covers.
The high rise residential project included large column covers manufactured with three-sided finished returns. SPI prefabricated StoneLite® panels with attached returns and shipped to the jobsite as a full assembly ready to install.
StoneLite® panels have been thoroughly tested perform well in extreme freeze thaw climates.
